Job summary

LeoForce in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Board-Certified Plastic Surgeon to join a premier aesthetic practice. The role offers autonomy with dedicated OR time and a multidisciplinary team to support high-quality cosmetic facial and body procedures and long-term patient care.

The ideal candidate will have an MD or DO, Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery, and fellowship training or substantial aesthetic experience. Competitive base salary with bonuses and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Plastic Surgery.
• Fellowship training or substantial aesthetic surgery experience preferred.
• Eligible for unrestricted North Carolina medical licensure.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for cosmetic surgery and outstanding patient care.
• Interest in practice development and long-term growth.

Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic surgical procedures involving the face, breast, and body
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and treatment planning
• Develop long-term patient relationships through exceptional outcomes and patient satisfaction
• Collaborate with medical aesthetic providers to optimize patient care
• Participate in practice growth initiatives, community education, and marketing efforts
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and compliance with regulatory standards
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining the highest clinical standards
