Our client, a premier private general and cosmetic practice in Washington, DC, seeks an Associate Dentist to join a refined clinical team. The role emphasizes high-quality, patient-centric care over volume and features a strict, one-on-one schedule.

Work-life balance is highlighted with Monday–Thursday hours (7:30 AM–4:30 PM) and Fridays/weekends off. The practice uses digital X-rays, intraoral cameras, and advanced cosmetic tools, with growth through high-end cosmetic and Invisalign cases.

Qualifications

• DDS/DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school is required.
• Active District of Columbia dental license or eligibility to obtain.
• Experience or strong interest in cosmetic dentistry (veneers, whitening, smile design).
• Excellent communication skills and a professional chairside manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including preventative, restorative, and cosmetic procedures.
• Develop and present detailed treatment plans for a health-conscious patient base.
• Collaborate with a highly trained support staff (office coordinator, dental assistants, and hygienists).
