Knowledge & Requirements

• Food handling permit required within first 14 days of employment.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Skills & Responsibilities

• Implement customer service standards and assist customers courteously at the bakery counter.
• Know products, procedures, and policies to answer customer questions accurately.
• Assist in merchandising, keeping display cases clean and stocked.
• Meet productivity standards and follow rotation procedures to ensure freshness.
• Ensure bakery is stocked, cleaned, and ready for business.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, complying with health and safety regulations.
• Operate and maintain equipment safely.
• Demonstrate strong communication and basic math and reading skills.

Additional Tasks

• Promote sales through suggestive selling.
• Handle customer complaints professionally.
• Unload and stock shipments neatly.
• Support additional tasks as assigned by management.

Physical Abilities
