Reporting to the Bakery Manager, this non-exempt position involves:

• Following health, sanitation, and safety regulations.
• Operating bakery equipment safely.
• Providing excellent customer service at the bakery counter.
• Maintaining a clean and stocked bakery area.
• Assisting in merchandising and product presentation.
• Following rotation procedures to ensure freshness.

Knowledge and Skills

Must obtain a food handling permit within 14 days. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic math and reading skills required. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills and teamwork.

Physical Abilities

Reaching, lifting up to 20 lbs regularly, occasional lifting of 35 lbs, standing, walking, bending, and working in coolers.
