GOCO.org's Stewardship and Restoration team seeks a full-time Manager to lead the dryland restoration program in the San Luis Valley and across Colorado. The role coordinates projects from planning through implementation and monitoring, ensuring collaboration with landowners, conservation partners, and contractors.

You will manage grants and budgets, build partnerships, and support successful restoration outcomes, contributing to habitat restoration, watershed health, and community engagement.

Job description

This is a full-time, permanent position that will be part of our Stewardship and Restoration team. The Manager will help implement and expand COL’s dryland restoration program by coordinating restoration projects from planning through implementation and monitoring. This role will build partnerships with landowners and conservation organizations, manage grants and project budgets, coordinate contractors and technical partners, and support successful restoration outcomes across the San Luis Valley and Colorado.
