• Move cart forward/backward and shift units left/right between machine centers.
• Inspect products for quality conformance and record data.
• Complete reports on production data, machine status, and safety records.
• Duties may expand; no supervisory responsibilities.

SUMMARY: Operate the transfer cart to load machines and export all sheet orders out.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESOperation of Buggy/Transfer Car on Track between machines.Operates the Buggy/Transfer Car by picking up units of sheets/board from the Corrugator Machine.Delivery of appropriate stock/units to the appropriate converting machines safely and on time.Buggy/Transfer Cart Operation requires constant movement of cart using Forward and Backward Movementof the Cart and movement of units left and right from and to the various machine centers.Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.Complete necessary reports in an accurate and timely manner, including but not limited to: production data,machine operational status, safety data, quality data.Duties may be expanded upon and additional duties may be assigned.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIESThis position has no supervisory responsibilities.PHYSICAL DEMANDSWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use handsto handle or feel.The employee frequently is required to talk or hear.The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms.The employee must regularly lift push, and/or move up to 50 pounds.Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision,depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform theessential functions.WORK ENVIRONMENTHot in the summer and cold in the winter.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS - N/APlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
