Job summary

Packaging Corporation of America in Massillon, OH is hiring a Corrugator Stacker Operator on 2nd or 3rd shift. The role involves preparing the machine for production, daily cleaning, and ensuring pads are ready for finished products.

You will monitor runs, coordinate with the Forklift Driver, and assist with problem resolution to maintain smooth operation. Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED, 12 months of verifiable work history, and willingness to work overtime including

Qualifications

High School Graduate or GED.
Verifiable work history for past 12 months.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, such as schedules and orders.
Must be willing to work overtime on short notice, including weekends
Ability to work in manufacturing environment, with varying temperatures based on season, around machinery, and heavy Forklift traffic.
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Prepare machine for production run according to customer orders.
Clean the machine daily.
Order pads from the Forklift Driver as needed for schedules.
Ensure pads are available at the machine for finished products.
Monitor run progression and notify operators if problems arise; assist maintenance and management as needed.
Prepare product for shipping per shop card and/or suitable for shipping.
May need to feed the machine on occasion.
Operate with various production machines and basic tools.
