Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year manufacturing experience preferred.
• Good computer skills and the ability to track inventory.
• Ability to communicate with all team members and follow safety rules.
• Must be a team player, organized and detail oriented.
• Ability to multitask with changing priorities.
• Able to read a tape measure and use a wrench.
• Able to operate a fork truck, clamp truck and/or bobcat.
• Commitment to meeting quality and performance standards.

Responsibilities

• Review work schedule and prepare equipment and supplies.
• Keep the work area clean and Secure equipment; complete required paperwork.
• Assist or operate machinery to meet performance levels.
• Provide coverage for breaks and absences in the corrugator department.
• Help meet production, waste and quality goals.
• Assist crew members and work in a team environment.
• Adhere to plant safety and environmental guidelines.
