Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Corrugator Production Supervisor to lead our plant's core operations, managing the daily manufacturing activities of our state-of-the-art Corrugated Sheet and Box facility, spanning over 350,000 sq. ft. Must have experience operating a high-tech, large-format Corrugator.

• Supervise daily production activities and monitor team productivity.
• Implement performance management systems, production plans, and performance standards.
• Ensure safety policies are followed.
• Conduct shift meetings, track production progress, and address delays.
• Develop and execute improvement plans.
• Ensure team understands roles and responsibilities.
• Promote safety, problem-solving, and personal development.
• Maintain knowledge of processes and equipment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a high-tech large-format Corrugator.
• 5-7 years of supervisory experience in production.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge and Skills

• Operational knowledge of corrugator equipment and processes.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
