Starting pay is $25.00 per hour with potential overtime; candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a loud industrial environment across first shift hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years operating industrial equipment in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience reading and following production orders or lineups.
• Ability to perform basic math calculations and measurements on the production floor.

Responsibilities

• Operate the corrugator and related equipment in a safe, efficient manner.
• Follow lineups, orders, and adjustments to minimize waste and downtime.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety compliance during shifts.
• Support with paper loading, setup, and changeovers as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and personal protective equipment requirements.
