International Paper is hiring for a Corrugator Entry Manufacturing Laborer at Grand Prairie Box, Grand Prairie, TX. Pay is $25.94/hr with shift differential. Schedule includes Monday–Saturday, with multiple shifts: 7am–3pm (training), 3pm–11pm, 11pm–7am.

Role involves following safety policies, counting/stacking product, and supporting production operations. Benefits include health and retirement plans, paid time off, tuition assistance, and more.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years manufacturing experience preferred
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Consent to a background check and pre-employment physical / drug screen
• Verifiable, stable work history

• Must have a positive attitude with a willingness to learn new things, receive and follow instructions

• Follow all trained and published safety policies and procedures
• Count and stack finished product
• Read factory orders
• Accurately read gauges and other test equipment
• Utilize basic shop math and read a tape measure
• Inspect product
• Complete quality checks to ensure directions are followed
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness of the workspace
• Weekly clean-up functions including cleaning and prepping the machine area
• Assist with securing tooling and materials for production orders
• Other duties as required

Pay Rate

$25.94/hr. plus shift differential

Sign-on Bonus

$500 after 30 days,

$500 after 6 months

Monday – Saturday, must be able to work any shift

7am – 3pm (training period only)

3pm – 11pm

11pm – 7am

The Job You Will Perform

• Following all trained and published safety policies and procedures
• Counting and stacking finished product
• Reading factory orders
• Accurately reading gauges and other test equipment
• Utilizing basic shop math and have the ability to read a tape measure
• Inspecting product
• Accurately completing quality checks to ensure specific directions are followed
• The ability to practice and maintain great housekeeping
• This person will also be assigned to weekly clean-up functions including but not limited to blowing down the machine, wiping off shafts, cleaning ink systems, vacuuming and sweeping the machine area, as well as picking up and shredding scrap.
• Assist with securing all required tooling and materials to manufacture production orders
• Other duties as required
