DanHil Containers is seeking an experienced Corrugated Press Machine Operator to join our production team. The role focuses on setting up, maintaining, and operating corrugated presses to ensure efficient and high-quality output.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious and a strong team player who can work collaboratively to keep production running smoothly in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years as a Corrugated Press Machine Operator or in corrugated manufacturing.
• Experience reading blueprints and machine manuals.
• Basic mechanical troubleshooting to diagnose and fix issues.
• Able to stand long hours and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines for production cycles including calibration and cleaning.
• Adjust speed and feed rates to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Collaborate with feeders and stackers for safe, consistent operations.
• Inspect products with calipers and micrometers to maintain quality.
• Log daily production and maintenance activities; follow safety rules.
