Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience within a fully integrated box plant.
• Minimum 7 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L, operating budgets, and capital expenditures.
• Proven track record leading plant operations and performance improvements.
• Experience building teams and creating a high-performance culture.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities while meeting customer/operational goals.

• Lead all aspects of plant performance including safety, quality, productivity, profitability.
• Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company growth.

• Partner with sales to identify new business opportunities and growth.
• Maintain relationships with key customers and strategic accounts.
• Oversee manufacturing, production, logistics, quality, safety, and ops.
• Collaborate across operations, sales, supply chain and other units.
• Manage budgets, capital investments, and overall financials.
• Analyze performance data and implement actions to improve efficiency and service.
