Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with corrugated box industry strongly preferred.
• Experience on Flexo-Folder-Gluers, Rotary Die-Cutters, or Finishing Machines preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activities running machinery: staging, setup, operation, quality, and cleanup.
• Perform visual inspections of dyes and plates prior to install.
• Troubleshoot production and quality issues; provide corrective action.
• May work 1st, 2nd, or 3rd shift.
• Oversee and perform basic preventive maintenance.
• Oversee daily cleanup and ensure staff comply with health and safety rules.
