Job summary

Packaging Services Industries, Inc. in Williamsport, MD is seeking a Machine Operator for our corrugated production team. This full-time role offers daytime shifts (Mon-Thu 5:00am–2:30pm, Fri 5:00am–9:00am) or 2nd shift (3:30pm–1:30am) with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• Experience operating corrugated packaging machinery (corrugator or converting equipment preferred).
• Ability to read production orders and machine settings.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Safety-first mindset and team-oriented attitude.
• Basic math skills (fractions, decimals, addition, subtraction, division, multiplication).

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor corrugated machines to meet production targets.
• Set up machines for each run, adjust size, print, and cutting specs.
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
• Perform routine quality checks on dimensions and print quality.
• Maintain clean, safe work area compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
