Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Follow all laboratory safety, security, and environmental guidelines.
• Develop knowledge of safety standards in an industrial lab and adhere to them.
• Communicate safety concerns and equipment issues to senior personnel.
• Develop basic lab skills and learn new techniques and tools.
• Work independently on standard tasks after training while seeking guidance as needed.
• Support senior staff in planning and executing lab projects.
• Perform basic testing of materials, coatings, and surfaces per procedures.
• Operate, adjust, and maintain lab test equipment and record results.
• Review data for accuracy and identify errors or anomalies.
• Archive test data with metadata and documentation.
• Compile and graph laboratory data and communicate findings clearly.
• Assist in preparing technical reports and presentations.
• Maintain organized, professional interaction with customers.
