Our Post-Closing Department is hiring a Correspondent Acquisitions Coordinator.

ALL REMOTE POSITIONS REQUIRE A DOWNLOAD SPEED OF AT LEAST 50 MBPS.

Job Title: Correspondent Acquisitions Coordinator

Reports To: Post-Closing Acquisitions Manager / Director of Acquisitions

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Department: Post-Closing

Salary Range: $45K - $50K

Summary: Responsible for working with TPR diligence companies and correspondent clients to review, clear, and purchase loans for NQM Funding, LLC’s correspondent channel. Assist in the timely purchase of correspondent loans by end-investors.

Responsibilities include:

• Tracking the pipeline of loans reviewed by diligence to verify conditions before release to the client.
• Monitoring loans within individual pipelines daily to expedite purchases, including communication with clients, lock desk, AEs, etc.
• Maintaining friendly and consistent relationships with clients to facilitate loan purchases and escalate issues as needed.
• Using critical thinking to prepare and submit exception requests or waivers as applicable.
• Knowledge of Non-QM and Business Purpose Loans.
• Understanding TRID rules and the review process for loan cures or completion of cure documents.
• Familiarity with closing disclosures and escrow data entry into Encompass.
• Performing other related tasks as assigned.
