Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a Correspondence/Action Officer to provide on-site support at the Pentagon and/or the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.

The role handles taskers, coordinates with the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for International Armaments Cooperation, and utilizes CATMS and other DoD systems; a Bachelor's degree and an active Secret clearance are required. This is a full-time onsite position based in Virginia with opportunity to support national security

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Communications, Public Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience providing executive-level secretariat support, routing taskers, and using the OSW Correspondence and Task Management System (CATMS).
  • Active Secret clearance.
  • Able to work fully onsite based on client needs.

Responsibilities

  • The Correspondence Action Officer will support the Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for International Armaments Cooperation, manage incoming and outgoing taskers, collaborate with the IAC directorates, and develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the OUSW(A&S) executive correspondence office. Utilize CATMS, NIPR, SIPR, and other DoW systems.

The Industry and Security Analysis Group (ISAG) within JOID provides analytical, technical, and program support to promote, grow, and protect the U.S. industrial base. ISAG’s support spans the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Commerce, and other agencies to deliver critical decision support to national security leaders. Our team informs policy decisions, enables execution of comprehensive strategies and monitors and reports on the effectiveness of implementation. We have an immediate need for a Correspondence/Action Officer to provide onsite support out of the Pentagon and/or the Mark Center in Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities

The Correspondence Action Officer will support the newly formed Office of the Assistant Secretary of War for International Armaments Cooperation. Will manage incoming and outgoing taskers, collaborate with the IAC directorates, and develop and maintain an effective working relationship with the OUSW(A&S) executive correspondence office. Leverage knowledge of CATMS, NIPR, SIPR, and other DoW systems.

Pay Range Information

Elements of the compensation package include competitive base pay and variable compensation opportunities. Salaries are commensurate with experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Virginia, Pay Transparency Salary range: USD $105,000.00/Yr. - USD $125,000.00/Yr.
