Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience as a Stores Clerk with the Missouri Uniform Classification and Pay System, and a high school diploma or equivalency.
• OR two or more years of experience maintaining inventory items and records with a high school diploma or equivalency.
• Earned college credits may substitute for required experience at 30 hours per year.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine storeroom and inventory duties in a warehouse, canteen, commissary, or storeroom.
• Receive, inspect, label, store items and operate related equipment.
• Process requisitions, arrange delivery or shipment, and maintain inventory records.
• Tag, price, and shelve merchandise; supervise staff or offenders as needed.
• This position requires contact with offenders.
