Qualifications

Undergraduate and Graduate Education: Major study — education or a subject area related to the position to be filled.
Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR three full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related.
A minimum of three (3) years of verifiable experience in custodial services, environmental services, facilities custodial operations, or commercial cleaning operations.
One (1) year of experience in developing and delivering instructional activities and lesson plans for students pursuing employment in custodial services, etc.

Responsibilities

Developing and delivering instructional activities and lesson plans for students pursuing employment in custodial services or related occupations.
Incorporating competency-based training, industry safety standards, and hands-on skill development.
Credit will be given for paid and unpaid experience; document actual time spent in activities.
