Qualifications

• One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade.
• Experience with education/training records management and data reporting.
• Experience using automated systems to extract and compile data.
• Experience preparing spreadsheets and reports for educational programs.
• Experience conducting educational surveys and evaluating training programs.
• Experience providing technical support for AV and office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining and controlling education/training records and files, processing incoming and outgoing materials such as correspondence, memorandum and reports ensuring all related reporting requirements are met.
• Experience utilizing a variety of automated or computer based systems in extracting and compiling data.
• Handling requests for information, providing technical support in budgetary and time and attendance areas, and compiling statistical reports.
• Preparing spreadsheets and reports used for educational or other related purposes and assisting in the implementation, evaluation, and maintenance of educational programs.
• Conducting educational surveys, evaluating training programs, developing training materials for training courses or training programs.
• Providing technical support and have working knowledge of audio-visual equipment, reproduction machines, and business-related equipment.
