Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3 years of education/experience in a skilled trade.
• Relevant training or experience in office and admin support with inventory management is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Observe and evaluate resident work activity for safety and contract compliance.
• Instruct residents individually and in crews using diverse teaching methods.
• Record work activities and prepare performance reports.
• Instruct residents in collateral and trade duties to build employable skills.
• Plan and schedule resident work crews and ensure productive training experiences.
• Communicate behavioral observations to treatment teams and suggest corrective actions.
• Instruct on equipment use and PPE, ensure safety and inventory control.
• Counsel residents on personal matters, rules, safety, and treatment strategies.
• Intervene in disruptive behavior to maintain security and order.
• Maintain records to comply with ACA and policies.
• Identify equipment needs and manage inventory.
