• Observe, monitor, control, and evaluate resident work activity to ensure safety and adherence to rules.
• Instruct residents individually and in crews using demonstrations and performances to meet learning needs.
• Record work activities and prepare reports to evaluate performance.
• Confer with superiors to plan and schedule work crews and ensure productive training experiences.
• Intervene in and control acts of negative behavior to maintain security and order.
