BambooHR is seeking a Payroll Corrections Specialist to ensure accurate payroll corrections and timely processing. You will monitor queues, audit corrections, and support clients and internal teams while maintaining compliance and accuracy in every step.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, multitasking, and proactive problem solving in a dynamic payroll environment.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue and manage client inquiries.
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections.
• Review incoming correction requests and process system adjustments.
• Provide support for clients and internal teams.
• Process Voids/Adjustments and create YTD entries when needed.
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing.
• Manage collection/refund of tax corrections and Third Party Sick pay.

As a Payroll Corrections Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the maintenance and oversight of our payroll corrections process. Your attention to detail, organizational prowess, and commitment to timely project delivery will play a vital role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

You will:

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue
• Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections
• Reviewing incoming correction requests and processing system adjustments
• Provide support for clients and internal teams
• Process Voids/Adjustments and creating YTD entries when necessary
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing
• Manage the collection/refund of any tax corrections
• Manage all Third Party Sick pay
