BambooHR is seeking a Payroll Corrections Specialist to oversee the payroll corrections process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery in a dynamic payroll environment. You will monitor queues, audit corrections, and assist clients and internal teams to maintain seamless payroll operations.

This role emphasizes attention to detail, organization, and reliable problem solving in a fast-growing company. You will work closely with payroll and service teams, handling corrections, Voids/Adjustments,

Responsibilities

• Monitor Payroll Corrections Queue.
• Manage client expectations and inquiries within Service Cloud.
• Audit, troubleshoot and research corrections.
• Review incoming correction requests and processing system adjustments.
• Provide support for clients and internal teams.
• Process Voids/Adjustments and creating YTD entries when necessary.
• Audit and reconcile corrections prior to amendment processing.
• Manage the collection/refund of any tax corrections.
• Manage all Third Party Sick pay.

As a Payroll Corrections Specialist, you will be an integral part of our team, ensuring the maintenance and oversight of our payroll corrections process. You will:
