Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group therapy in accordance with treatment plans.
• Conduct bio-psycho-social assessments to identify needs and discharge resources.
• Maintain documentation in inmate medical records and progress notes.
• Assess risk of self-harm or suicide and implement safety observations as needed.
• Coordinate with other departments and supervise self-help treatment programs.
