Job summary

Qualifications

• Performs psycho-social evaluations for adults (and some aftercare) and contributes to diagnosis and treatment plans.
• Provides crisis evaluation for individuals in acute distress with family, law authorities, or coroner input.
• Produces written reports and communicates with other agencies regarding patient care.

Responsibilities

• Completes intake and psycho-social evaluations and informs treatment plans with staff prescribers.
• Completes correspondence and reports related to a patient’s care.
• May provide crisis evaluation and specialized clinical treatment as needed.
