Earn a competitive hourly rate of $60.42, with benefits including health coverage, 401(k), and additional employee perks. A WI RN license, BLS, and relevant experience are required to deliver patient-centered care in a secure facility.

Qualifications

• Current WI nursing license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of nursing experience.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS certification.
• Additional certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients' health conditions and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and document assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Respond promptly to changes in patient condition and medical emergencies.
• Perform wound care, IV therapy, and other clinical procedures within scope of practice.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical records (EMR).
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while promoting safety and quality outcomes.
