Advanced Correctional Healthcare, Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver high-quality nursing care in a correctional facility in Crookston, Minnesota.

You will assess patients, administer medications, and coordinate medical services under the practitioner’s direction. Applicants must hold an active RN license in the appropriate state, maintain BLS certification, and demonstrate excellent documentation and HIPAA practices.

Qualifications

• Active nursing license in the state where services are provided.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Excellent documentation skills and accurate record-keeping.
• Knowledge of the RN scope of practice and patient confidentiality (HIPAA).

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurately assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered.
• Triage officer intake screenings for necessity and priority at sick call.
• Maintain and demonstrate aseptic technique and infection control.
• Oversee and coordinate multiple medical services as directed by the practitioner.
