Qualifications

• Active nursing license in Minnesota, in good standing.
• BLS certification; hands-on training.
• Excellent documentation skills and ability to follow RN scope of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and deliver nursing care to patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments as ordered.
• Record vital signs, tests, and patient data accurately and timely.
• Coordinate care with practitioners and other medical services as needed.
• Maintain infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Provide patient education on policies and discharge planning.
• Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
