Job summary

Management & Training Corporation (MTC) is hiring a Pharmacy Technician at Gadsden Correctional Facility in Quincy, FL. You will organize and maintain the pharmacy, ensure security and compliance with MTC, ACA, and FDOC directives, and support gender-responsive, trauma-informed care for female offenders.

Key duties include receiving and documenting medications, maintaining the drug room and equipment, managing MARS and PAR levels, inventory control, and on-call support.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required, Florida licensure pending acceptable.
• 3+ years in general office/pharmacy experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Receive and document medications per regulations.
• Ensure drug room security and maintain equipment.
• Maintain accurate MARS and stock logs.
• Manage PAR levels and procurement logs.
• On-call support for pharmacy issues and pill calls.
• Uphold HIPAA and safety guidelines.
