Job summary

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Knowledge of therapeutic activity programs and ability to organize and participate in recreation activities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct mental health screenings, assessments, and clinical evaluations.
• Provide individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, and ongoing treatment planning.
• Observe and assess patient behavior to identify clinical needs and risks.
• Collaborate with the behavioral health team to develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans.
• Coordinate psychiatric services, including tracking referrals and documenting care.
