Qualifications

• Master's degree in psychology or a related field from an accredited college or university.
• Experience in a correctional environment is preferred.
• Ability to perform mental health screenings and assessments using approved tools.

Responsibilities

• Mental health screening and assessment: completes timely, clinically sound evaluations.
• Manage patient caseload with regular contact, progress monitoring, and updated treatment plans.
• Facilitate individual and group counseling sessions.
• Complete clinical documentation accurately and objectively.
• Respond to mental health crises promptly and effectively.
• Willingly perform other assignments as directed by a supervisor.
