Qualifications

Four years of experience in a correctional, behavioral, or penal institution with responsibility for security, custody, rehabilitation, or classification of offenders, or in law enforcement or security.
Two years of this experience must be equivalent to a Corrections Lieutenant in State service.
Must be at least 18 years old; possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

Interview State Employees, inmates, and civilians related to cases; conduct effective interviews.
Prepare detailed written reports for the Chief of Operations; review institution reports and conclusions.
Analyze data, review policies, and provide reports and recommendations to leadership.
