Job summary

Centurion is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse to join the team at Jefferson City Correctional Center in Jefferson City, Missouri. The LPN will provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under the supervision of RNs and medical staff, addressing medical and behavioral health needs during day shifts.

The role requires Missouri LPN licensure (or eligibility), current CPR certification, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Qualifications

• Missouri LPN license or ability to obtain license.
• Current CPR.
• Corrections experience not required.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under supervision.
• Work under the direction of RNs and medical/psychiatric staff.
• Respond to a range of physical and behavioral health needs.
