Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide total patient care for an assigned group of patients.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Assist with activities of daily living and ambulation as needed.
• Assess patients within the LPN scope of practice, training and competency.
• Keep the RN informed of patient condition changes and response to treatment.
