Staff Today Inc. seeks a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a Santa Fe, NM assignment. Provide direct patient care under RN/physician supervision and support the care team in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Current, valid NM LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as an LPN.
• Active BLS certification.
• Primary Source Verification (PSV) may be required.
• Copies of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., BLS, PPE, immunization records).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes in condition.
• Assist with patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Document patient care accurately in the EMR.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and treatment plans.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and therapeutic environment; follow infection control protocols.
