Responsabilidades

• Guide inmates in safe use of tools and equipment and sanitary cleaning practices.
• Inspect food, equipment, and work areas; adjust recipes and menus based on census.
• Requisition, receive, and store food and supplies with FIFO compliance.
• Assign inmate tasks and complete performance records.
• Maintain supervision and security during all work activities.
