Job summary

As a Corrections Juvenile Food Production Worker, you will help prepare and serve meals while supervising youth engaged in kitchen and cleaning activities. This role supports OJJ’s rehabilitative mission by modeling professionalism, structure, and responsibility in daily operations.

Position-Specific Details:

Work Location: These vacancies are located at Swanson Center for Youth in Monroe, LA.

Appointment: Full time

Compensation: The Corrections Juvenile Food Production Worker (pay grade level WS-205) has a special entrance rate of $1,280 biweekly.

Other important information: The incumbent of this position must not have been convicted or pled nolo contendere to a crime listed in R.S. 15.587.1 (c).
