Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in correctional or investigative work, with HS diploma or GED.
• Experience documenting and testifying; knowledge of chain of custody.

Responsibilities

• Conduct investigations of suspected violations and write case summaries.
• Compile and analyze information from victims, witnesses, and others.
• Locate individuals to obtain evidence and adhere to chain of custody.
• Prepare reports of investigative findings.
• Testify in proceedings when required.
• Utilize database to enter, update, and track complaints.
