Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with supervised student teaching and coursework in general psychology, human development, history/philosophy of education, and teaching methods for the appropriate learning level.
• Or a 4-year degree with at least 1 full academic year of professional teaching experience at the elementary or secondary level; documentation of accreditation recommended.
• Teacher certification or licensure in a U.S. state, DC, Puerto Rico, or a territory; proof must be uploaded in USAJOBS.
• Education cannot be substituted for specialized experience at this grade level.
