Job summary

Under supervision, you will greet the public, process reports, assist with prisoner intake, and support the jail’s operations, including inventory, fingerprinting, and transporting prisoners as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma and 1–2 years of clerical experience, or equivalent training/experience.
• Valid Florida driver's license and acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet the public, answer inquiries, and route callers.
• Dispatched calls for services; process crime scenes per SOP.
• Transport prisoners between field, station, and jail; monitor medical attention.
• Handle fingerprints, admit prisoners, and manage detention area to prevent escapes.
• Maintain logs, reports, and inventory; perform clerical duties.
