Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage housing unit to ensure a safe, humane environment and communicate rules clearly.
• Discipline inmates fairly for disruptive behavior or rule violations.
• Respond to inmate requests and provide information or find answers.
• Build positive rapport with inmates through consistency and courtesy.
• Supervise activities and resolve inmate problems and conflicts.
