• Develops and implements programs within the unit to meet inmates' needs, including individual and group counseling.
• Interviews newly admitted inmates during intake/admissions orientation.
• Coordinates inmate property and trust fund activities for the unit.
• Maintains security of the unit through extensive inmate contacts.
