Job summary

Cascadia Health is seeking a Program Supervisor II for the Turning Point/Department of Corrections program based at Columbia River Correctional Institution in NE Portland. The role combines clinical caseload duties with program administration to promote trauma‑informed, client‑centered care designed to reduce recidivism.

The position requires CADC II within six months or eligibility, with QMHA or a Master’s in behavioral health preferred.

Qualifications

• CADC II within six months of starting this role or eligibility for CADC II.
• QMHA certification preferred in addition to CADC II, or a Master’s degree in behavioral health.

Responsibilities

• Assist Program Manager in implementing evidence‑based practices related to addiction and criminality.
• Coordinate with internal/external service providers to ensure continuity of care.
• Provide therapeutic services and case management to high‑risk clients within a prison setting.
• Supervise staff, participate in clinical case conferences, and ensure compliance with regulations.
