This open competitive advertisement is for a Career Service position located at Santa Rosa Correctional Institution in Academic Services.
Our mission in Academic Services is to effectively coordinate and support Career and Technical Education (CTE) programs across correctional institutions by serving as a central communication link, providing comprehensive training and guidance to educators, ensuring program quality and compliance through regular evaluations, managing resources responsibly, and fostering collaboration to enhance educational opportunities and outcomes for all participants.
This position is not a telework position and is required to report to the FDC office in the area it serves.

BACKGROUND SCREENING REQUIREMENT
The Florida Department of Corrections requires all job applicants and volunteers to pass a Level 2 background check as per Chapter 435, Florida Statutes. This check must be completed before they can start working or volunteering.
