Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, plus GEO PST certification.
• Minimum 18 months of experience as a correctional officer at level 2 or equivalent.
• Preferred: experience in offender disciplinary activities, investigator or advocate roles, or an associate’s degree in related fields.
• Note: current GDC employees only; must have taken and passed Sergeants assessment.
