Qualifications

• Current, valid state licensure to practice (RN, CMA, LPN, LMHP, etc.).
• Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Nursing, or related field preferred but not required.
• 1-3 years of healthcare experience, preferably in correctional or regulated environment.
• CPR/BLS certification required (AHA/ARC guidelines).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a correctional setting, including assessments and treatments.
• Administer medications and respond to emergencies.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients on health conditions and monitor progress.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and infection control standards.
