Position Details

• Location: Richland County Jail
• Position: LPN or RN
• Schedule: 3 - 12hr Shifts a Week

Responsibilities

1. Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans, and work within State Scope of Practice and Guidelines.
2. Administer prescribed medications according to nursing standards and correctional regulations.
3. Follow through with established treatment plans.
4. Perform emergency interventions, physical assessments, and apply critical thinking.

Qualifications

Required: Nursing license (RN or LPN). Preferred: Experience in correctional healthcare.
