Qualifications

  • License as a Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) required.
  • Ability to follow treatment plans and administer medications.
  • Comfortable working in a correctional environment.

Location: Robertson County Detention Center

Open Position: LPN or RN Nights

Schedule: 12hr Shift Rotation 6:30p to 7a

Competitive Pay + Shift Diff + Sign-On and Retention Bonus Offered

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Deliver patient care, evaluate symptoms, reactions, and progress of patients, chart results, establish nursing plans and work under the boundaries of State Scope of Practice and Guidelines, and Physician/Provider(s)
  • Administer prescribed medications in accordance with nursing standards & correctional regulations
  • Follow through with established treatment plans
  • Perform emergency intervention, physical assessment and critical thinking
